All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Mifrah Karim to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.
A signature requirement can be waived for packages delivered by (Fed Ex and Blue Ex), however, you will still be required to sign for all international order.
We have a strict “No Exchange/ No Refund” policy. We will only entertain a request for an exchange if the product(s) received has a manufacturing defect or any damage. To be eligible for an exchange, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please note any order with customization in size, fabric or anything else will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
